Retraction Policy

Nash wa Riwayah: Journal of Qur'an and Hadith Studies may retract a published article when there is clear evidence of serious academic misconduct or significant error that affects the reliability of the article.

An article may be retracted for the following reasons:

1. Plagiarism or duplicate publication.
2. Fabrication or falsification of data.
3. Serious errors in research findings or analysis.
4. Unethical research practices.
5. Copyright infringement.
6. Conflict of interest that was not disclosed.
7. Publication based on fraudulent or misleading information.

The retraction process will be conducted by the editorial board after careful investigation. Authors will be given an opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made.

If an article is retracted, the journal will publish a retraction notice explaining the reason for the retraction. The original article may remain available online with a clear retraction mark to maintain the scholarly record.

The purpose of retraction is not to punish authors, but to maintain the integrity, accuracy, and trustworthiness of academic publication.
